We have tidied up our newsletter… fewer bells and whistles perhaps… but that’s ok. Good thoughts and words are what we really want to project anyway.
We are excited about a few easier-to-use options for connection. We hope they facilitate feedback… camaraderie and fellowship.
Remember CB radios? Long, swaying antenna on the trunk, hours of crackling static, mindless chatter, rolling down the highway… We call it social media now, but is it really much different? I guess it’s ok to network and build a platform, but we need deeply committed relationship with a few key people in order to thrive.
Real connection is an invaluable gift… a privilege. True makers of disciples are compelled to seek it. The need for it is more crucial than ever as the reality of isolation settles in.
Let’s help one another thrive.
And the LORD will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:11
